I am thinking of selling my accessport shortly.. anyone interested??? not sure what I want for it.. probably ($350) with cable and jumpers... ok maybe will have to go somewhat higher than the price above.... will let you all know if and when I get rid of it....
man, that is one sweet deal............I would have picked it up about 2 months ago. I will be in the market again in Jan. I have a bunch of stuff if you're up to trade............ .....JDM decal stickers, license plate frames, t-shirts, window stickers, used summer tires. damn.......i don't have the cash now.
nope... contemplating an openecu tune.... havent decided 100% yet... weighing it all up... walloftvs has to convince me it is all safe and better then the AP as I only have off the shelf cobb maps.... and I dont want to go crazy (read I want too but cant afford it) with mods as I will with my RX7..... Anyone give me your thougths / experiences on openecu tunes.....??!!? ease my scared mind... ha ha as I am a set and drive guy.. really havent changed a map in like 8mths... plus I may have to re-evaluate my original price..... I figured they would be around that and never took the time to check the going price..., but that will depend on whether I get rid of it or not....!!!!
Have been hearing good things about the open movment BUT IMO you should make sure someone puts a wideband AFR on it to make sure it is ok and checks for knocks. Do not trust a map made for someone elses car without checking. My car has shown me that every single car is different, even off the same line. Sure wish I had all this technology when I was building Chevy stuff. Man things have changed.
yeh it will be done on my car and adjusted to it... not sure if there will be a wideband thing attached or not... these are the things i am uncertain about... I want reliability and still more kick.... or maybe get a protune by Russ??? what you guys think?? the extra money would be sweet after selling the AP but not if I end up blowing an engine... hah ah a
