Hi: SO when I decided to do a rear disc conversion on my 99 forester I encountered a weird toe issue and had to invest in rear adjustable links. With that being said, I am now in the process of accumulating parts for my suspension set-up for my 99 forester and since I am waiting for my links to arrive I would like to see if anyone has anything I may need for my swap/conversion. I already have the following parts: -04 STI front control arms -impreza rear adjustable links -impreza front subframe bolts -impreza control arm bolts (shorter ones) These are the parts that I am looking for to install on my forester to "enhance" my handling. 1) 04+ STI (GD) front/rear sway bars 2) 5x100 17" rims/tires (at least 8" wide) 3) shifter stay bushing 4) rear sway bar endlinks 5) 04+ STI front cross member/steering rack (w/u joint) 6) 04+ GD suspension (not 05 sti) 7) impreza transmission cradle (5spd) { this is not a necessity since I will be able to just remove some of the spot welds to remove the spacer, but if I can get it for a decent price it should be less time consuming)
Some day ill get a round to putting my build up, but for now I just need some parts. Does anyone have any form of the parts I need? Lol Thanks
The front STI sway bar is going to be zero improvement. Its the same size as our stock one. You need to go aftermarket for an upgrade, however, if you still want one, I have one. PM me
Sorry I missed that yours is a 99. It might be an upgrade for yours, 03+ is not. Message me if you want one off an 04
