Well I finally got my car back yesterday after it being at RS Motors for 3 1/2 weeks. I originally took it to them to get tuned after I installed a VF34 and supporting mods. Car was running like ass when I gave it to them, found out my exhaust valves were burnt (all 8 of them!). So they had the heads fully rebuilt/remanned, and changed the timing belt, water pump, etc. while they had the engine out. Matt (Biker Boy) did the work excellently. Ron finally got it tuned and I am very pleased with the results.

Here are all the specs and mods that I can think of, I don't think I forgot anything:

    '03 WRX

    Engine/power:
    VF-34 turbo
    Modified WRX injectors - 860cc
    Ebay big TMIC
    Helix catless up-pipe
    Turbo XS stealthback exhaust
    Prodrive axleback
    Gimmick Turbo inlet pipe
    GM BCS

    Drivetrain:
    Exedy stage 1 clutch
    ACT streetlight flywheel
    Group "N" engine/ trans mounts

Here is an updated color scan of the chart:

It's hard to read it but max was 282hp and 244tq. The car runs MUCH smoother than it did at stage 2, no more hesitation after shifts, just smooth power delivery even for daily driving.
Very happy with it, I was really expecting a lot less power on the Mustang Dyno. Now it's time for some struts/springs! :)

Those are some pretty nice looking curves with some impressive numbers given your setup.

    Nice!

It's hard to tell since I hadn't driven it for almost a month, but it seems to actually have more torque down low than I remember. At stage 2, when I would shift into 3rd at about 35mph it seemed to hesitate and struggle a bit till it hit higher RPM's. It doesn't do that at all anymore it's just smooth and has enough power to keep accelerating with no hesitation.

But I think that is because it's now been dyno tuned instead of some crappy base map I found online.

Really happy with it now it pulls hard all the way to redline, the only problems I am having is that it starts idles rough right now. Not sure why. It actually has died on me twice while idling. I'm going to go back and talk to them about it when I get a chance. Other than that it runs awesome.

Modded injectors, especially ones > 750cc/min do that. I think it's something to do with bad atomization or maybe that the duty cycle has to be too short. You could have your tuner turn the idle speed up a little (like by 100 RPM), that would probably help.

That's kinda what I was thinking, and it is smooth when it idles at like 1200 during cold starts. I will ask Ron about that, I'm sure it would help. Are you saying it's modded injectors (like my modded stockers for example) doing it or just large injectors in general? What if I bought some aftermarket ones that were rated that high?
