well it seems you guys always want stuff when im down. my moms in town tell friday and staying with me so i have no time to work on the car. i would think i could have it ready by sunday? if not this weekend im down for next. i just have to clean my clutch and put in new main seals so im thinking it will be a quick pull and put back in.

 

I wont be around this weekend anyways. I was planning on next.

nope. like i said. i got it back together when i talked with you and then blew the main seals out when the oil pump jammed. that was right before my mom got hear. i have had to do a overhaul on my place before my mom got hear so it wasn't a mess and now she is hear. she leaves Friday morning and have to work this weekend but still should have some time to get the motor pulled. so im hoping by the 6th it should be up and running. but im not guaranteeing it.

 

I want in on this if it's from a dig and I can run race gas.

Bump. Matt let me know if you got your oil pressure problems straightened out.

 

need to pull the pump off? so no its not done yet. put a new rear main seal on but for some reason it has zero oil pressure.

 

How long did you run the motor? Did you try cranking it over with out having it start? On the race cars at work we turn the computer off and crank them over till we see oil pressure. Just a thought.

 

yes i primed it. primed it a good 6 times at 15 sec intervals. still nothing.

 

Well thats Gehy. Maybe you should dry sump that thing.
