You want a real sleeper and something you see maybe once a week, and only a couple times a year in red? This is your car!

5 speed manual Garnet Red 2006 Subaru Legacy GT Limited with 111,000 miles for $15,000

Comes with Subaru's 4 cylinder 2.5 liter boxer engine with turbo, 5 speed manual, rear spoiler, dual power seats, dual climate control, front heated seasts, 6 disc CD player, cruise and trunk pass through.

The car has been responsibly modified. Last spring I added K&N intake, Cobb 3" SS Downpipe w\ cat and SPT Catback exhaust. It was then taken to DB Performance in Rodgers, MN to get tuned and the boost was increased to 14psi. The before/after dyno is in the pictures. It also comes with 17" Enkei Performance rims with Continental Extreme Contact DW tires for summer driving (this is the 3rd summer) and factory 17" rims with Bridgestone Blizzak LM60s for the winter (three winters of driving on these tires).

I'm the original owner. The car has not seen more than 10 car washes in its 7 years of existence; I wash it in the driveway year-round. Come check it out you won't be disappointed. Call, text or email at 612-251-7791 or [email protected]. I live in Coon Rapids, MN.

Tbelt done at about 40k to save some labor since the dealership was in there doing some recall work. Yes stock turbo, stock up pipe. OCI not sure what that is, so it must be stock.

OCI is oil change interval. I believe it is 3,750 miles on an '06 turbo (mine is an '05). People ask because longer than recommended intervals (which some people do when using full synthetic oil) can result in plugging of the banjo bolt screen resulting in decreased oil flow to the turbo.

Oil has been changed every 3,000 miles religiously. If the banjo screen is recommended to be replaced per Subaru's maintenance schedule than yes it has been replaced, it is not something I've specifically asked to be replaced.

If they are recommended to be replaced per Subaru's maintenance schedule than yes they have been replaced, if not it is something I have not had serviced.

I would have to say this is wrong...or you were screwed, doing the belt 65k early is highly unlikely

I can get the service record from Brooklyn Park subaru, I thought it made sense, maybe I had 50k miles say the time.

Naw, it's not a part of any recommended service by Subaru. After it was found they were getting plugged a lot of people (LegacyGT.com) took them out as a preventative. With 3,000 mile oil changes it should be fine (mine is still in and I change oil every 3K).

And I think I was wrong on factory change intervals...I think for regular duty, it calls for oil changes every 7,500 miles and severe duty is every 3,750. After some turbo failures, the regular duty interval was changed to 3,750 miles...I'm not sure exactly which model year it was, but it was after 2006 model year (maybe '08 or '09?).

And if the front of the engine was apart at 40,000 miles, I would have replaced the timing belt too, if it was off already. I just don't remember any recall that required disassembling the front of the engine. Our '02 Outback had three timing belts before 100,000 miles due to other parts failing that required removal of the timing belt.

    Good luck with the sale.
