That car should have made it through that deep of water- unless they've got a CAI. I know I've been through deeper with my Impreza.
I would think even that deep would have had water coming in the car. Enough to swamp the computer sitting on the floor under the passenger's feet.
yeah that car might need a little help. not to worry though it is easily possible to traverse deep water. as for the water coming into the car. newer cars haven proven to be farly water tight. i recall austin driving his impreza wagon into lake superior on a certain duluth trip, and his interior stayed dry. i would be willing to be that there is a minimal amount of water inside that car. well atleast its coming in at a slow enough rate where it shouldnt be affecting the ECU unless he parked it in the deep stuff. just gotta power through.
