Includes printer, power supply, usb cable and two new black cartridges, no driver cd, either download the drivers or use the OS supplied driver. The color cartridge was just put in last week and I've printed about 25 pages since then, mostly black, so it's pretty much full too. The printer works great with my windows XP system. It doesn't work well with my 10.4 mac or my wife's 10.5 mac anymore though, the mac driver is outdated, sometimes it prints garbage, sometimes it's fine. I want to give this to someone who can get some use out of it. You have to take everything, not just the ink and please recycle it when you're done with it.
