First ever Farmland Uproar! Location: Down's Farm Disc Golf Course, Chaska, MN and Crown College Disc Golf Course, St. Boni, MN. Courses are about 40 minutes west of the Twin Cities. Date and Time: August 8th, 2009. Registration is at 10AM, 1st round starts at 10:30. Entry fee: $30 Player's Package: Custom-stamp disc,and Innova mini, plus lunch will be served between rounds. Automatic entry into ace pool with registration. Tournament schedule: Play two rounds at the farm starting at 10:30, lunch will be at around noon, then the final round will start at around 2 or 2:30 at Crown. Course descriptions: Down's Farm- a short, 10-hole course on a hobby farm with many ace opportunities, but some tricky shots. The signature 10th is 350ft and runs alongside a lake, through trees and ends with a tough uphill putt. Crown College- an 18-hole course on a college campus. It's very long, but wide open with some fun elevation changes. Stay afterward for camping and a keg at the farm! Also ping-pong, pinball and other activities in the barn. That is awesome! I guess the guy at the farm is obsessed with disc golf. My buddy have played there many time before. Maybe I will come to this one.
Do you have the google maps of where these courses are!? I am right there and had no idea there was any around!
