    Are these the blue or red angel eyes?

    How come a pc is missing from each headlight?

    I'm not sure what you mean by blue/red angel eyes...I bought these a few years ago, but, never did anything with them...they came as shown...without the 2nd projector.

    Nope, I'm in Winnipeg, but, I travel to the states often and could simply drop it off at a USPS outlet. As for the pair, honestly, I would like to sell them together.

    The inner lamp is the lowbeam and the outer lamps (that are missing) would be the highs.

    sorry but it's the other way around the high beam are the inner and the out is the low beam.:)
