If you think the exhaust you have pictured is SPT its not.

not an SPT catback...it's a Genome axleback!

 

The GeNome axleback was available in the US as an SPT product. It is the same except that it does not have the "STi GeNome" printed on the side in sweet JDM colorz.

It essentially is. It is a sweet deal. If I had $200 sitting around, or I didnt already have 3 catback sitting around I would most definitely have nabbed it. I love th way that those things sound.

Im Looking at the Genome/SPT exhaust, does anyone have a recomendation for a good setup Im trying to buy a full Turbo back setup. I'd like to piece it toghter instead of buying a whole setup I love the Cobb Turbo back but $1200 for new seems Kinda steep.

 

I plan on doing TXS stealthback + my stromung axleback.

I couldn't justify buying a full turboback all at once...and buying just a catback is a pain! If you want it to have perfect fitment, then you have to get a donut flanged one...but then if you plan on getting an aftermarket dp, you're limited to your choices!

If you get a flat flanged catback, then it doesn't fit perfect on the stock dp...what a hassle! I know a lot of people do this with no problems though.

Anyway, I found an awesome deal on my Stromung axleback on Nasioc so I swooped it!

Here's the plan, I will be at F/S on Friday. Not sure of the time, when is everyone else going to be around? I was thinking of 7:30. Probably will no be driving the Soobie, to much oil leakage. I will bring the parts people are interested about with me.

As for dibbs, cash speaks. Who ever has cash in hand on Friday can have them. You all can work it out yourselves. I've gotten burned to many times.

I apologize if you feel wronged and your right, I should have made myself more clear. However, I am sick and tired of people backing out. I have had six people look at these when I originally posted the thread in September, all stating the same thing as you, and guess what, I still have them. I will keep things up and posted until I have money for it through paypal or cash in hand.

 

And thats fine, like I said thats up to you. Theres no rule saying you cant do what you did. (most people i'm sure dont like that its not a rule)
Just next time, don't make an agreement with someone and back out. or say you should have been more clear, because your PM was crystal clear.
