    That is the weight, "lightweight". they make it in 3 flavors, "superlightweight", "lightweight", and you guessed it "heavy" shockproof. The lightweight is what i use with UncleScotty's cocktail and is awesome in our 5speed trannies.

    The weight is a 75W140, but has the coefficient of friction of a 30 weight. read this for more info:
