FS: 1998 Jeep Cherokee, Loaded, 121k, need gone asap

Alright, so here's the deal. Two weeks ago a family member passed away, now his house is going to go on the market so we need to clean up and prepare it for showings as soon as possible. Cleaning includes getting rid of things like this Jeep.

The Jeep is a light pewter in color, loaded with leather, power moonroof, ect... clean truck with 121,000 on it. It DOES need a few things, those being a new alternator, new rear caliper, new rear rotor (just easier) and new pads. without the cores with you, the alt is $150, and the rear caliper is $50 from o'reily's (on my account at least), and I was waiting to see what the rotor and pads will be once they're in stock... we were figuring on $300 in parts before core returns and roughly 2-240 afterwards. With that said, it'd be an afternoon to replace these parts and have a solid, clean, well rounded vehicle for winter or for daily driving or your kids.

Simply stated, we need it gone asap so cleaning can start to get the house on the market.

We're need $2k firm as it sits, or I'll replace the parts, toss it on CL and sell it for more.

Sorry to hear about your loss, I hope the cleaning and selling go smoothly for you and family. As for the car, what model is it? SE, Sport, Limited?

 

I believe a Grand Cherokee, as its a 5.2 V8... since its all leather and power everything, I believe its a Limited as well. I'm currently up in Cloquet, and the Jeep is in Bloomington. My father can meet someone over there to check it out too if there is an interested party. Like I said, there was a loss in the family, and it just needs to go so we can get it all cleaned up and ready for the market and showings.
