Its @ 70k right now Cons: Crack drivers headlight (got a spare one, havent put on yet) Light hail damage Squeaks and clunks a little bit (power steering lines hit crossX) No AC or Cruise Control but will include parts if you want to wire it in yourself Rust forming on the rear wheel wells Hatch struts just died (JDM spoilers too heavy- Have Brand New OEM ones) Front bumper needs repaint Rear bumper is scuff Fog lights dont work- (its the wiring job- EZ fix if Im not too lazy) Leaks a little oil from valve covers. Leaks a little coolant from thermostat. Chassis and motor ~140k miles overall I would rate interior and exterior 6/10. Its not fast but its not slow. Dynoed @ RS motors 184whp with 225 wtq Swapped in July 2007 by me and Fuji. Rear Disk conversion was done by Fuji. Most work was done by Fuji. *** UPDATE Oct 7 2009*** The wagon has been down for a few months-since spring(everything still intact). Low compression in cyl #3 (80psi). Other cylinders are fine. Throw out bearing is out since it sat for too long, dont know how it happened. Battery also drained. I've been rebuilding another ej22t shortblock in the meantime. Me and Fuji Assembled the shortblock-new rings, sti rods, wrx water pump, oil seals, gaskets, decked, honed, resurface etc. I have the 96 dohc heads that I was going to put on (only thing is needs oil tap for turbo and new head bolts). I have paper work for everything. $700+ from D&G motors to work on my heads and block. $700+ from Morries minnetonka for brand new parts. CAR STARTS WITH JUMP BUT DOES NOT RUN. THROW OUT BEARING IS OUT I have gave up on working on cars. My parents are complaining about driveway space and I am tired of that. Snow is coming and I need a winter beater! s2k racked 8k miles this summer if you are looking for an easy winter project, here it is. $3500 obo takes it for EVERYTHING (spare rebuilt block, jdm gc8 cross member, sti blue carpet, sti injectors etc... yes; long block motor complete harness + ECU turbo exhaust manifold (header/up-pipe) intercooler maybe turbo cross x you'll need: turboback exhaust upgrade fuel pump upgrade radiator I think thats it. Everything should swap right into your 2.5rs fine.

hey yang, i always kept an eye on this car when the first sti mods started appearing on the car. i lived at stone arch apartments and always saw this car up the hill on Univ. and 11th ave. then I kept noticing it last year when I moved closer to Como and the wagon was always on 8th st. You prob never knew you had a follower but your wagon was just too cool and similar to the old version V's. So still in the area, haven't seen it around... Good luck with the sale! ap1 or 2 s2000?
