FS: 2001 Forester S

    Up for sale is my 01 Forester S. I bought it from a friend back in October and it has been a great winter beater for me. I put over 5,000 miles on the car mainly going back & forth from Golden Valley to Hudson for work without any break downs or mishaps. Started in the coldest of tenpatures and just plain has impressed me for what it is.

    It has fantastic heat and heated seats. Great for Winter!!

    However the car is in need of a good amount of love.
    Needs I can think of off the top of my head
    Exhaust it's rusty, crusty, & broke. So the car is not quiet. It's barable though and never got me pulled over. But NEEDS to be addressed.
    Windshield is spiderweb cracked
    Burns Oil
    Has dash light bulbs burnt out
    Needs a front bumper cover
    Rear bumper cover is cracked
    Drivers side fender is bent up
    One mismatched wheel. (But all tires match)

    Picture I'm adding Is while it still had a front bumper cover on. I can take more tomorrow if actually get out of work before it's dark.

    Looking For $500 or best offer!

    I guess when a car is running and $500 any technical details aren't required. After all there is a pic. glws.

    Recent maintenance was an oil change at 211,000 with Mobil 1 Synthetic other then that I have not done a thing too it. And I have 0 knowledge of its past history.

    It runs & drives straight and I put all the issues in first posting. It truly is a winter beater. You could put time & money into if you wanted and make it brand new but to me it's not worth it and I no longer need it as I just needed another car while my Legacy was in the body shop.

    More pictures coming soon. My job has me busy sun up to sun down during the week so I haven't been able to take any yet.
