FS: 2001 Kawasaki Ninja 500

Hi guys,
I've decided to sell my Ninja because I have other bills to pay.

I'm asking $2000 obo but that is very negotiable.

The bike has 3400 miles on it. I bought it from a friend several years ago. He put it down when a car pulled out in front of him. He took the brunt of the accident with a broken collar bone. He and his dad (a mechanic) bought it back from insurance. The rear faring and tail light of the bike hit the car. The frame was straight and it rides fine - no wobble at all and all lights and gauges work. I bought parts (rear farings, tail light turn signal, etc) off of ebay and rode it with mismatched parts for a couple years. Last summer I decided to paint it orange.

Hmmm.....I've been watching for a Ninja....this could be the one. Probably won't have the money for a few weeks, but if it's still available, I'll be in touch

 

EDIT: "I'm asking $2000 pho" should be OBO - spell correct got me.

Also, last summer I cleaned the carbs and added a new battery which I kept on a battery tender all winter.
