Maintenance
Original owner had the car maintained by Subaru until the warranty ran out
Then it was maintained by Collision Corner in Maple Plain. I bought the car from them. They showed me full service records of everything they had done, it is all written down in the owners manual as well. Everything from oil changes to brake pads, timing belt, and a clutch
Headgaskets have been replaced with the updated ones
When I got it I did the transmission fluid, rear diff fluid, plugs and wires, and fuel filter

New Parts
New Subaru springs and kyb gr2 struts
Short throw shifter, bushings, and new shift joint
Bridgestone Potenza tires, nearly new
Rally armor universal mudflaps (easy to remove)
Ganzflow style intake
Stock parts included (shifter, sunroof visor, badges, trunk lock, intake, middle headrest)

Cons:
Has some scratches and door dings like all cars, nothing major
Drivers side had a rust bubble that was repaired, paint wasn't a perfect match
Muffler flange was leaking so it got cut off and replaced by a piece of pipe

also, when were the clutch and timing belt last replaced? What as all replaced when the timing belt was done?

 

This is all based off the service records I got with the car:
Head gaskets, timing belt, water pump, thermostat and O2 sensors were done at 120,000.
Clutch was done at 135,000.
Timing belt and idler pulley were replaced at 140,000
