FS: 2002 wrx 5 spd 'belt snap & bent valve

Hey guys and gals! My wrx timing belt jumped and bented valve so it's currently not running. I'm selling the car as is. Will need to be tow with a flatbed.

5spd transmission
144xxx mileage
Greddy type S bov
06 sti catback
Turbo timer (not working) due to wiring with alarm system
Tein (s)? spring
Side Tri pod gauge 'Water temp/oil/battery
Viper alarm
Black "I" emblem on the grill
Jdm hood scoop
Hid lighten kit 7k
Deck with USB outlet cord
Wingless trunk (no keys to open) trunk hole were bondo and painted with same color coat (paint chipping)

The car is almost pretty much stock except the greddy bov and sti catback.
Car will come with stock wheels powder coated bronze and winter tires
I do have extras part that will go with the car if price is right.
N1 style catback, double combo front lips, front wrx seats etc
Rear quater panel rust.
Everything works on the car when running.
Ac/heat, lights, no electrical issue except the turbo timer, no CEL until belt slipped.
Exterior 7/10 interior 9/10. A few dents
