I'm looking to sell the wrx. I wasn't so sure about it before, but now that I (prepares for flaming/hatred from other big turbo subaru owners around here) bought my evo, I have kinda lost love and motivation for it.

IT IS A "PROJECT" CAR, read on....

Car was on a break in tune and has roughly 1000k miles on the setup. It is tuned to run on E85. Car is not driven in winter and has seen snow once under my ownership. The car would not start this summer, it sounded like it wanted to, but wouldn't go. My guesses after going through a couple things are now down to: 1. map somehow isn't in the AEM after sitting so long and having my acc belt loosen causing battery voltage drop on its last drive or whatever reason that could lead to it miraculously not being in there, my computer geek friends suggested this. 2. wiring from putting in the factory dccd controller isn't correct somehow and is causing something to get the wrong signal. I don't care to deal with it anymore to be honest. I don't owe anything on it and it costs me nothing to let it sit so it will until I care to do anything with it or it sells.

    $15,500 obo

I might consider parting it out from where its at and selling the "shell"

Make offers if you want any specific parts through PM.

I will also include ALL spare parts i own for the car that arent listed.

Great car. I'll let Dustin tell everyone why he is selling, but it has to do with a change of pace/scenery.

Im bored and not excited like i once was, i had more fun building it then i have driving it, theres no real car scene up here to facilitate a car of this caliber, i dunno... im still not sure, i know im sick of a car payment on a car i dont drive.

Matt, dont you ever get down on your project? Havent you gone through two shortblocks in how little of miles? I guess ill pm to ask more questions i have.

Well its not like i wouldnt get another car... Didnt you sell yours for your Z?

Thanks Dave, You know i do love this car. Its ALMOST every part ive ever dreamed of having on my project. I just find myself stressed about it, with it sitting in the garage and not being driven, when i do drive it and always worried about some bored officer who wants to harass me for this or that and i enjoy being ticket free. My idea was to sell it and buy an evo i could drive here and there and have money for a downpayment on a house. With my work schedule and having to fight for any time off, especially in summer... when do i really have a chance to get to the track or to the cities to enjoy a car scene?

If i do go through with a part out, theyll be saved for my new car.

As stated to jdm4you above, in a part out situation, if i did do that, theyd go to the new car.

    Thanks idget.
