ninja five hundo, or that POS suzuki GS500, but IMO if you are looking for a GS500 might as well look at the ninja 250 too because its only marginally more powerfull thread jack over.

If you have self control, then you "could" start on a Liter bike. They don't weigh that much more than a 600, and the frame sizes are pretty much identical. It's the power that gets to people, especially those who have no clue what to do in an emergency situation. Good luck with the sale though, very nice bike!
