2004 Subaru Impreza WRX The good: There isn't a single thing in this car that hasn't been upgraded at some point. Major stuff includes: 2.5L STi engine block Forged MAHLE pistons WRX heads with Helix Titanium valve train and Supertech SS valves Crower 272 camshafts Modified Perrin GT35R rotated turbo setup TXS modified FMIC 1000cc Ultimate Racing Injectors TXS Fuel Rails PPG 1-4 Straight cut synchro box Spec Stage3+ Clutch Wilwood 6piston/4piston brakes with 2 piece slotted rotors Full sparco interior (showing some age, but still in decent shape) HKS Camp gauge setup (version 1) HKS HiPower Catback The Bad: Still needs an injector driver, the UTEC can't deal with the low impedence injectors, so it's a matter of buying an FJO Injector Driver controller, or picking up some high impedence injectors. Both options will likely require a re-tune. But, once fixed, there's no reason you can't touch 450+WHP (RS dyno) with this setup on race gas. Until this is fixed, you will have a 6000rpm redline for safety purposes. There's small rust spots on the leading edge of the front fender, typical for a car of this age in Minnesota. Nothing major, but still, figured I'd tell you. As well, the front bumper isn't well mounted due to a snow bank incident a while back. It'll stay on just fine during normal driving, but you may want to secure it or remount it if you plan to go plowing through heavy snow. There is a cigarette burn on the back seat and on one of the door cards, I have TONS of Sparco fabric to fix it, I will provide both rolls to you if you purchase the car. Right now the pricing is as follows: 14,000 FIRM 12,000 for the car with 18x17.5 flatblack multispoke wheels with tires that have about 50% tread on them. The prices are FIRM. This is not O.B.O. Lowballers will be ignored entirely. I am sure KBB or NADA will tell you something different, but look over the major modifications listed and understand that there are some very premium parts on this car. Many of you have seen this car and know what it is and what it is capable of, and any number of members can vouch for this car. Car sale is AS-IS and with no written or implied warranty of any kind. I can guarantee that the car runs and drives just fine aside from the lowered RPM limit due to the fuel injector issue. Test drives can be arranged, but no tire kickers. And you wont be hooning about during a test drive either. Send PMs if interested.
That was a joke post. This is for real. And yes, to answer your question, the car is winless. But I have a win in my garage, PSM in color, that has never been installed. It will come with the car.
PMs responded to. I'm going to put this more as a "Gauging Interest" thread. And I will update the first post accordingly. I'm not entirely sure I'm ready to do this I think.
damn, I'd buy it cold hard cash if I had the cash right now. let me know (for real) if you decided to sell it this spring/summer, I'd be very interested man, I've always loved the car.
Here's what the interior looks like: Here's what the engine bay kinda looks like... it brings all the boys to the yard... lol
lmf'inao! lmk when you're serious, Jason. I have a couple buyers and a couple replacement cars for you in mind
No, the sale is off for now. Maybe further down the line I'll be able to part with it. But for now this isn't happening.
Not sure if serious. I've personally had bad thoughts of a 348 in the past. 8) Not the best value/performance for the dollar but I want, no I NEED a flat plane crank V8 to flog.
I'm going a little further back. The 348/355/Testarossa era marks the beginning of the "bring it in for epic money service every time you take it out for a drive" time frame. I'm looking at a 308GTSi.
You'll need to grow a moustache and refer to people as "Higgins". Love the 308. One of the best looking Ferraris ever IMO.
I can take some this week. There really aren't that many recent ones. I can also take pics of the wheels that you will get with it. They are on my fiance's car right now, but would be swapped over in the event of a sale.
That would be great if you could take some pics. yeah im located in woodbury so maybe i've seen you around
Connor. I see you are trying to trade your car. I will be honest with you, I'm not interested in trading my car, unless you have a decent condition Ferrari 308 GTSi. Otherwise, this car is for sale only.
Yeah i havent ruled out the option of selling my car and buying someone elses car yet it would just be easier to trade it so i'm just checkin out my options
88,000 miles For refrence, aside from some around town putzing to get cigarettes and such, it has only been on one road trip this year up to Park Rapids for a 3 day vacation. Otherwise, it has been garaged. So, maybe 1000 miles this year?
Yeah, I suppose I am. Nobody was taking it for the original asking price. Though, if they are waiting for another price drop, it isn't going to happen.
