FS: 2004 STI Motor - Complete 83,656 Miles

    All-

    With permission from a moderator I am double posting a motor that I have for sale in the part out section...since so many people commented to me that they DON'T go to the part out section...

    I want to remove this engine from the car but right now it be seen running and I want to give people a fair shot to see it in that condition.

    Has 83,656 miles. Motor runs great, except an exhaust leak in the bent header. Compression is even across the board (125-130)

    Timing cover removed to verify timing and inspect timing components - no damage present. NOT planning on parting out motor.

    I am open to offers, but be reasonable; please, save us both the time. Please do not ask me if you can buy this for $1,000...I will laugh at you.

    Cold Start up - has leaking exhaust header so sounds rough. Idles great though. I will leave this hooked up for a while if anyone wants to come see it run.
