I have had no problem insuring it through Progressive, and you should not have any issues insuring, or financing if need be. This car was crashed by the original owner and the previous owner bought it and fixed it. It was crashed in the front passenger side, in front of the front wheels. There is a small crease in the front subframe, again this is in front of the wheels so it drives straight and aligns perfect. Previous owner had it pulled straight and did the body work himself, but did not finish all of it. I bought it last april (on this forum) with 70k on it and had Hamline Auto Body finish the job for $1200 (I have receipts for everything including previous owners work). Additionally, turbo_turtle and I replaced the blown struts with D-Specs 3k miles ago, and installed the exhaust and had it tuned 4k miles ago. I am selling this car because I bought a Forester XT to replace it. I need a car that can haul a little more and has a softer ride (I guess I am an old man now). Thanks, its already VF39'd with STI top mount, ecu, and a full exhaust, so probably just a tune and see what happens Wife on the other hand still won't let me mod her XT
I went to drop it off at Hamline, but they got the driver side instead of passenger side fog surround from Subaru, so they are waiting on the correct part. It is available to show most evenings besides Tuesdays between 5:30pm and 6:30pm or after 7:30pm in Saint Paul near 35E and Randolph.
