FS- 2005 WRX WAGON 16GXT $11000

Hey everyone-

Thinking of selling my wrx wagon which does have the 5 speed manual and a clean title. Just about to hit 96,000 miles and it is my daily driver so it will go up. Ive owned it since last August (2011) and it has never had an issue.

Located in Rochester, MN. Also around the Mankato area often.

Reason for selling is- The 2.0 boxer engine is not for me. Im looking for more power and this is not the correct platform to begin with. Awesome car for someone wanting a quick >300hp car but I have the itch for more. I decided to buy an sti which are obviously stronger platform to begin with.

Mods-
16g xt 7cm
650 cc dw injectors with flow sheet
FMS TMIC
Grimmspeed 3 port
Full 3" catted turbo back (ebay downpipe connected to a fms catback) Sounds decent and not too loud at all
Not yet installed- Gimmick Inlet - Will come with the car.
Opensource tune

I do still have all the stock parts, excluding the injectors. If asking price is met all stock parts will be included.

Im not intrested in parting out the car and that is why im trying to sell as is. The timing belt has not been replaced yet as its on my list of to dos this winter. The Subaru dealership here said that it is needed to be done at 105,000. Tires are good and clutch has never slipped and still strong.

There are 2 dents- one on passenger side fender (lost footing during turbo swap and leaned into it), and passenger side rear quarter panel (Im guessing a parking lot swipe). Other than that the body has no rust and resembles a 8 year old wagon.

Interior is in good condition. I do not smoke and I dont think I have came across any signs of smoking. No interior pics but it is still stock. Ill try to snap some pictures of it over christmas.

Engine is stong. Never have had any worries or problems. The stock inlet did tear and I do have a silicone inlet on hand waiting to be installed.

Im pretty firm on the price of 11,000 but may have a bit of room. Im sitting right in the middle of what kbb suggests on private party. If it were not for the dents and have the timing belt done I would be asking way more. But im trying to make this as easy as I can while not taking a crazy hit.

Might be willing to take off turbo and intercooler for a nice stage 2 car and drop the price a bit if interested. I dont have much interest doing this but if it helps sell it I will.

Not a bad price for the car with those mods, minus that fender and quarter dent.

 

Thanks for the bumps guys. Yes the dents bug the hell out of me. The rear one is not too bad but the front one sticks out a bit. Perfect for a wagon lover wanting to do a fender swap

 

Bump for forgetting about the walbro fuel pump that is also installed.

 

Just an fyi, you might be able to take your headlight out, reach up there with a really long pry bar and pop that dent out. Somebody dented my fender in a similar spot and that's what I ended up doing. Can't even tell anything happened.

Update- Bought a timing belt kit and will have installed as soon as time premits.
Also going to change the exhaust to a cnt catted downpipe and connect it to my stock catback for now. Going to replace with an sti catback when I find a good deal. Got to loud for me. 3" exhaust will still come with the car more than likely.

 

Just wanted to bump this.

 

Last chance to get the car with the 16gxt on it. Looks like next week the new timing belt kit is going on along with a new cnt downpipe hooked up to stock catback and installing the inlet. Also taking off turbo and tmic and replacing with the stock counterparts. Going to sell as a stage 2 car.
