These are the 2008+ WRX Bilstein Shocks by GTWorx/RaceComp Engineering. I had these on my 2011 WRX for roughly 16k miles. They just got back from Bilstein for a checkover. Do to lovely Minnesota winters they do have some light surface rust (mostly the rears, not sure why one side more than the other...). The fronts you will notice are two different shades of black. They were starting to corrode so I cleaned up those sections and resprayed with black high temp paint. The only negative is with the front. The shop that took them off my car stripped out the top allen heads pretty good. This means you will need to use an impact wrench to put them on/off. Not a big deal, just wanted to bring that up. The perches for the rear shocks are brand new as the old ones were lost in the mail somewhere.

You have your choice (pick one) of two sets of springs. The Yellows (Firmer) or the Blacks (Softer). The Yellows were originally on my car, but did not pass the wife test. Overall they are in pretty good shape, yellow is probably not the best color to paint a spring. Near the bottom of the springs are plastic covers that have dirt trapped underneath, which is what you see in the pictures. The top of the rear springs are missing a little paint, probably from where they touch and rub when installed.
The blacks were installed later. The paint they used is much more up to the task and are in much better condition. I liked these springs the most. Sporty but not to over the top.

I would like to get $1000 for the set (pick whichever spring you want or $1150 to get everything). Due to the weight I would prefer not to ship and would like to sell locally near Minneapolis.

How come no one has jumped on this?!!!
I am considering using this as my primary and move my original set to winter duty.
Stock new tophats for front and rear will be less than $150.00, giving you a complete summer/winter swap setup.
You will not find a better suspension set up for under $2000 let alone this asking price. Trust me this is a great deal. ;)
(this includes the Konis, I feel this is a better set up)

Price drop to $750. I'm moving in a few weeks and really want to limit what I am moving.

So why did you take them off the car? I have been thinking about going with this set up. Was it a good all year set up?

I sold the car, so I put the stock setup back on. I rocked the car year round on this setup for almost 2 years and thought it was great. Nice little drop but not enough to significantly lower the ground clearance for the snow. It is stiffer around town at slower speeds but I didn't mind (the wife wasn't in love with them, she likes more comfort than sporty), at speeds of 40ish and above it was fine, barely harsher over the stock setup and much more controlled at highway speeds. If I had to make the decision all over again I would purchase these again.

That would be one epic Forester with these installed!

Yes. They are installed in the pictures, just kind of hard to see.
