I don't want to sell the car, I absolutely love this car. But, the idea is to get a beater and eliminate the car payment for a year and come out of the other side with zero consumer debt. So, here goes.

    Power mods:
    AEM cold air intake
    Process West top mount
    HKS SSQV bov
    Invidia downpipe
    Walbro 255 fuel pump
3” stainless COBB exhaust (not installed)
    Bullwinkle tune

    Suspension mods
Bilstein struts/shocks with Race Comp Engineering yellow springs
Ralli Tek street swaybars with heavy duty endlinks.

    After market speakers
    Kenwood DDX512 touch-screen head unit
Boost, air/fuel/ oil pressure gauges in dash

    Other
Hitch and trailer light wiring installed
    Rally Armor flaps
    STi front lip
    Comes with ALL stock parts
    clear bra kit installed

Documented (with receipts) oil changes with Castrol Syntec since Ben drove the car off of the lot.
Tranny and rear-diff fluid done at 59,297

The bad: My boat trailer tongue put a hole in the rear bumper cover. It’s covered with trout stickers now.
New OEM bumper cover + paint was ~$600.00, you may be able to reduce this cost by shopping around a bit. That deduction is reflected in the price. I had ordered a bumper but the paint was wrong so it went back. Apparently it was lost and I didn't want to deal with it anymore.

I haul around two kids in car-seats. There may be some slight depressions in the foam from the seats being strapped into the car. These will likely return to their pre-compressed status.

    Miles: 67,500 and counting

    $19,000 firm
KBB is $18,914 bone stock in excellent condition

Note - I can't guarantee it's a Cobb exhaust (not installed) - I can look and confirm if needed.
Also, high-res pictures can be sent by request.

Don't want to hijack the thread, but I am seriously considering those strut/ springs from race comp. I can't decide between the black vs. yellow springs. I DD my wrx. What made you decide on the yellow over the black? any chance I could throw you some gas money for a brief ride?

I drove Ted's car last time I was over at his house stealing his beer. I love how it rides. I want this setup in my 2009 for sure. Whoever buys this car is going to get a sweet deal. Great mods and an honest guy who takes care of his stuff.

Scifidelity, Hell no, I wouldn't let you pay me to drive my car. HA! I'd be happy to let you take it around the block or whatever.
The suspension setup that Ben chose is perfect - I had nothing to do with the decision. When I asked him about it, he noted that the springs and the struts were designed around each other to be used with each other. They lower the car 3/4" and although I never drove the car with the stock suspension, I have been told that the difference only shows up when you push it/ want/need it to show up.

I didn't drive your car hard at all and I noticed right away. Debbie even commented on how nice the ride was and that I should get a similar setup.... but failed to fund this suggestion. :(

The suspension, the TMIC, the gauges.... there are so many great things done RIGHT with this car!

Sunday afternoon is the only time I have free, unfortunately. 1-2 in the afternoon or later on in the evening. We're filming a "how to grow hops" segment at my place that morning for Chop and Brew.

The Bilstein set up is about the best you can get without going to expensive coilovers. I've got one of the first sets, and I absolutely love them. Slightly stiffer than stock, but when you start to push even a little bit, they really shine.

Might some people think that these bilsteens are "better" than coilovers? In the sense that maybe coilovers are the ultimate in performance, but maybe not the best for DD cars?

Sorry, for some reason it wouldn't let me type on my tablet and that was the only thing I could post. I have someone that might be interested in this if it is still available. I know I have seen it not too long ago during my lunch break. Also wouldn't mind some more pics of this since you detailed it.

Thanks for the post, LilRed. The car is, in fact, still available - I just haven't been trying real hard to sell it. I love this car. My side-business got really busy and I have not had time to detail it, unfortunately. Things are slowing down, so if your potential buyer is serious, I can clean it up and meet him/her somewhere if they would like. I just have a really busy schedule and finding 3-4 hours to clean the car from top to bottom would be tough to come by right now.

I drive from my garage, to daycare, to work, to daycare and back home most days. I'm not one for spirited driving much anymore, sadly.
I consistently get 26-28 MPG - and am probably into boost for a collective 10-20 seconds per day.
