    Recently got some new wheels so these have to go.

    Size/bolt pattern: 17x8 and 5x100

    Wheels: in good shape, ext is platidip, one wheel was painted a darker gunmetal before I learned about plastidip; no curb rash as far as I can tell

    Tires: Factory Dunlop Sports that have 4-5/32nds left (one to two more seasons) camber wear; one tire has 2 plugs, but holds air just fine

    Asking for $725 OBO

    Not to pi$$ on your parade, but while 2/32" I believe is still the legal reference where tires need to be replaced, it has been found that wet weather traction suffers dramatically at that point. Four thirty-seconds is now considered a more appropriate point to replace tires (unless you live where it rarely rains). The following is from Tire Rack:

    In order to confirm how much wet traction worn tires sacrifice, members of the Tire Rack team measured the stopping distances from 70 mph (the typical speed limit of U.S. Interstate highways) with vehicles equipped with sets of new tires and compared them to tires with about 4/32" (3mm) of remaining tread depth, followed by sets with the legal minimum of 2/32" (1.6mm) depth. The differences surprised us! Vehicles equipped with the 2/32" minimum tire tread depth took about 100 more feet to stop and were still traveling at about 45 mph at the same distance the vehicles equipped with the 4/32" deep tires had already come to a complete stop!

    So.... one wheel is a different color than the rest? Was it prepped (aka sanded? Or just painted over...
