First 50 bucks takes it! (or 40 bucks and a couple of beers) I am going back to the stock headlamp set up. These are great lights and I've never had any kind of trouble with them they are just to bright for the hillbillies that live out west by me. They are the Apexcone H4 Hi/Low lights and right now they are in a 2004 Forester but they may fit other models. They were uber easy to install and if the schedule worked out, we could swap them directly from my car to yours. I will ship them for free and I'm pretty sure I have the orig. packing PM or E-mail me if you are interested.
Well that sucks, maybe you didnt have them aligned properly? I've never had people flash me with mine and I have the same ones. Bump for some sweet hid's!
Yeah, I have messed with the allignment a bit but it didn't seem to help. I'm way the heck out in the sticks so I attribute it to the lack of street lights and ambient light which makes them seem brighter.
Plus it helps the dreams are projectors. Also, bump for Ted being a great buyer, so I'm assuming a great seller.
sorry fellers, I forgot to put a price and the thread should have been locked. Updated, and they are out of the car. I don't have the packing so I would prefer to give the kit to you so it doesn't get damaged in transit. let me know, they are ready to install!!!
Think they will work in an 06-07 WRX? I just had a headlight go out and this would be a logical upgrade.
What bulb does your car have as OEM bulbs? I just did a quick search and it looks like I've got 9003 60/55w for my main bulbs.
Where are you searchin for bulbs...I dont know what i have in my 2000 impreza...I think they're H4's....If so I'll take them next week from you!
Looks like 9005's come stock in the 07 WRX after a quick search. But I could be wrong...Bielke or AWDL????
No, its not, all hawkeye style have H7 bulbs (the crappiest bulbs ever) My tribeca is plauged with them, also my motorcycle.
No no no, he's saying that the 00 01 imprezas use a 9003 bulb = H4 bulb. H7 is definitely in the 06-07 imprezas low beam, and 9005 is in the high beams.
