As the title states, I have a full set of 06 STI BBS wheels available. Looking for $550 without tires. If you're interested in the slicks, we can work something out. I'm not sure why I only took a picture of three of them, they're all clean. I'll pull them out again and snap a picture of the 4th tonight.

Can't believe I still have these! $500, no tires, $800 with the slicks.

Tires are now off and two buyers backed out. Who needs an extra set?

A little birdie told me that Kamjee Tool will insert a set of these from 5x114.3 to 5x100 for around $200. That way, you get your 5x100 bolt pattern and an 8" wide BBS for $700!

They machine a hole at 100mm on center, basically creating an oversized lug pattern of 5x100. Then, they press an insert into the hole, bringing the stud size down to the correct diameter. As you can see, the inserts have a flange on them to prevent 'pull through'.

This may be a stupid but what does that do to the weight and integrity of the wheel? Anything?

I'm sure the weight change is negligible (just replacing a small amount of aluminum with steel). The integrity of the wheel, given that you're just going from 5x114.3 to 5x100, probably isn't compromised at all. I'm sure Camjee would have more to say on the subject. Much better than running adaptors or re-drilling, I'd say.

One last question, with a wider tire and higher offset then my stock 48 am I going to have clearance issues with all season tires?
