Anyone who wants a cheap winter beater this is the car for you. The good: -1992 Subaru Legacy Turbo Sedan, 4wd, manual, 147000 miles, Glacier White -2.2L factory turbocharged motor (the granddaddy to the WRX) -Clean grey interior no tears -STi short throw shifter -KYB AGX adjustable struts/Eibach springs/STi upper strut mounts. -16" 1997 Legacy GT Rims with almost new Bridgestone Potenza Tires. The Bad: -Fueling problem with the #3 cylinder, Starts and Drives but not well. Very rough idle and no power when moving. I have tried my hardest to figure it out but the solution still eludes me, I am sick of dealing with it therefore someone with more mechanical knowledge than myself will get a great deal. -likely needs a new front pass drive axle or at least an inner cv boot due to a ripped one. -some rust behind the rear wheels and on the passenger door but much less than would be expected for a 92 subaru. -Check engine light due to purge control solenoid valve -Sunroof leaks a little when the car is parked and it is raining hard. -No operational stereo will be installed, however I will include two stock headunits and aftermarket components front and rear. This car had a complete custom system but I am taking the two 12" subs the two amps (1 for subs 1 for components) and the headunit and cd changer, I will leave the custom boxes/amprack/and all the wiring in the car however since I can't use it anywhere else. This was originally my car which I sold to my girlfriend about 3 years ago she drove it for 2 years when this fueling problem arose and then she began to drive my aux vehicle. Now that she has graduated college and gotten a good job she has just purchased a 2001 Audi A6 Quattro so we have absolutely no need for this car anymore. The car was taken very good care of when it was running. It has been sitting idle for about a year so a full fluid flush would likely be a good idea to do. I also have an extra set of headlights, a extra computer, and other various odds and ends. Pictures while the car was being driven can be seen at http://www.sounddomain.com/ride/5234/8 The System setup has changed from these pictures but you get an idea of what the car looks like even though the pictures got jumbled and they don't match the descriptions anymore. Also the Autometer gauges you see in the pictures will not come with the car. I would like to get somewhere around $500 to $600 for this car but will entertain all offers. Once the fueling problem is fixed you will have a great dependable winter car that is almost as good as quattro! ***** I'm posting this for a member from mnaudi.com
Jay is the owner... his AIM screen name is AlumaMNJaye. I've sent him a PM on the mnaudi.com site to see if I can get more info to contact him for those interested.

if you can get a hold of him and get the car, thats great! as long as one of us has it. i have been having difficulties getting a hold of him.
I work with Sooby, and so does AWDimprezaL...and believe me, Sooby really wants this car! I tried IM-ing the owner, but haven't heard anything yet
you go ahead and buy the car, my gramps passed away and i will be using the money else where.....let me know if you want to part out the suspensions.
This Jay guy is messed up. He doesn't reply to my email from mnaudi.com and he doesn't get to his AIM either. I'm helping him advertise his car to the Subie community at no cost and what does he do... not a word back to tell me he's alive. Maybe he doesn't want to sell his car that bad.
Well just so it's clear, I really want that car and will do anything to get it so . . . if anyone gets a hold of him, gimme a shout, thanks!
Update: Posted - 01/30/2006 : 08:16:00 Sorry guys I was away from a computer from wednesday night until today. The car was sold wednesday evening locally. I do appreciate all the interest in the car and wish I had 4 more to sell but the first person who got to me was able to pick it up right away. Thanks again. Jay
