I have for sale a (Brand New) Real VIS Carbon Fiber Hood w/scoop for years 1995 to 2001 Subaru Impreza(I know for sure it will fit any RS). On the non RS model it should fit but you might want to double check. Not them fake knock off ebay hoods. As we all know VIS has great quality hoods and are flawless. It seems like for this model year it is also pretty rare as I tried looking it up to get a good price range but the closest I can find is on Ebay(not even sure if it is real VIS). I am asking $450.00 firm and prefer local around the Twin Cities area. Pick up is preferred but we can work something out. VIS CF Hood No longer for sale, But have one used for $150 Okay, this hood is no longer for sale. But I do have a used, in decent condition carbon fiber hood which uses the factory hoodscoop and vents for the same model impreza's. Yes, I am including the hoodscoop, vents, and hood pins. As of now I don't have any pics of it, but will get some up soon. But here is a description of the hood. Carbon fiber hood with blue hoodscoop and blue vents in decent condition. Asking $150 for it picked up.
This other hood, how well does it fit? Gaps, lines that aren't quite straight, any issues I should know about? I don't care too much about fading or anything because I would paint it to match, but the above mentioned items would be a deal breaker.
Sorry for the cut off at the end of the Re: subject line which says $1. I'm asking $150 for the hood. The fitment was just like stock. There were no gaps that I know of or could see when it was on the car. I replaced the hood with the one I originally was selling. My brother had just bought the 99' RS and it came with this hood. We didn't like the carbon fiber with the stock blue hoodscoop and vents so I decided just to give him my CF Hood.
