1) Sure, I'll get that to you later tonight. 2) Bought unit in spring of '08. Haven't used it since August of '08. Somewhat forgot I had it. 3) No issues at all. 4) It is unmarried. 5) I think so. Will have to check, but I know I have the original box, cables, and CD.
