I bought this for my 98' LGT, but that car is getting returned to stock and I don't need a clutch like this in there. The clutch is VERY slightly used. The car only drove 3 miles (Piddster will back this up...) with it installed, and in that 3 miles, there is only 3-4 stops. You can see in the pictures that the ACT logo is still clearly visible in on the friction surface. ACT is asking close to $600 for the kit. I'd like to get $450 Obo.

is this a stage clutch, i.e. stage 1/ stage 2, or is it stock replacement? also will it fit on any other subies? M.Y.?

^ just curious, what do you think stage 1 or 2 ACTUALLY means?

and this clutch will fit most NA subys, 90-99 atleast, and probably some newer ones, but i cant say with 100% certainty.

This is not a stock replacement clutch. I'm not sure what you think a staged clutch is, but this is rated to approximately 300 lbs/ft of torque. It's firmer than stock, but I never drove it enough to really know.

This "should" fit any NA subie tranny. I'm not sure if it has to be one with a hydro clutch, but I don't see why that will matter.

I think the 06-07 wrx's went back to this style clutch too. Flywheels may be different though.

not exactly sure what it means myself, but that is how they are marketed, stock/oem, stage one, and stage 2 and so on... i believe its just a name they use to show a diference between the clamp/ holding loads. i was more interested in if he knew so i could do research and compare.

Will fit EJ22E's as well. This is a nice clutch. Very firm with great grabbing power over the stock clutch. I ran the same one on my 98 OBS-T for 1.5 years with no issues whatsoever.

This clutch hasn't even been broken in yet.

Stage numbers for clutches mean absolutely dick.
