Make more money, sell some organs, go back to hooking. Joel, that's a beautiful place! If I wasn't tied to GV, this would have been on our list of places to look at. I'm sure it'll go fast, ours sold in about 24 hrs. Good luck!
Thanks. We've been getting a lot of showings so far, 3 or 4 a day. My dog is actually getting sick of going for so many walks (need to get her out of the house, she gets too wound up around new people).
