I think the SA95 helmets are obsolete...might not be able to use this helmet for autoX.

Does anyone know for sure? My buddy needs a helmet and I'm pretty sure he wears an XL lol..

SA95 will not fly for MAC or other Met Council autox events (requires current standard or one prior, which means SA2000/M2000 or better). The PCA and BMWCCA rules might be different, as might HPDE events you might want to attend.

The SCCA rules still allow the 95 even in an M!?! Correct Met Council requires a 2000 or newer now. MAC just refers to both MC and SCCA rules so I have no idea on that one.

So if your going to Rally Cross this would work out just fine.

Trust me, MAC requires SA2000/M2000 or newer.

Yup, pretty much all organizations will require Snell 2000 or higher now. Some are already up to 2005.

I guess my last post was not understood. But thanks for all of the info anyways.

If you need a helmet for Rally Cross or a Solo/SoloII (including auto cross) Event sanctioned by the SCCA this helmet will work.
