FS: Brand New Yakima Subaru Ski Rack

selling the Subaru (by Yakima) Ski Rack. Bought this for my '13 WRX that mounts on the Yakima/Subaru flat bars, but actually never used it. The rack doesn't come with the attachment points - the things on the left side in the below picture, so you'd need those and you can possibly by some for the round bars, they cost about $19.

Retail price of the rack is somewhere around $150+shipping, as I said it's brand new, with keys, etc. Asking $100/OBO for a local to MPLS sale.

no it's not the actual photo, i tried to find a photo of what these would look like. one box was opened just to see what's inside, the other box i never even opened.

 

Hmm ok. Is yours the same as the one in the photo, or a slightly updated version? Do you know if it holds 4 or 6 pairs?

I already have the version in that photo and mine holds 6 pairs, but it's seen better days. I'm considering upgrading but I'd like to know more specifically what you have...I don't mean to be a pest

subaru parts warehouse has them for sale for $124 right now and you still need to pay shipping, so you're getting at least 40$ savings. again, literally brand new, only opened one box to see what they looked like.

 

What happened to the attachment points ?

 

when i was buying the ski racks i didn't realize i needed the attachment points. i have the yakima/subaru bike rails and those didn't need attachments so i assumed, incorrectly, the same about these.

now i no longer have the car and my car now has a ski pass through the rear armrest so that's why i'm selling these.

I have the Subaru clamps laying around, so if anyone wants them, I'll give them away for free. I got the yakima fat cat 6 snowboard carrier so I don't need the clamps anymore.
