Not the normal sale item on mnsubaru, but you never know who's looking. Check out Zillow.com here and I'll be adding more details progressively. I'll answer your questions here or on the Q&A on the site.
downtown St. Paul is not cool and its damn quiet and dangerous at night......but good luck with the sale. I'm looking for a townhome though.
^1 out of 3? I wouldnt even give him that. The only thing he's right about is that he's looking for a townhome, and who knows if he is even right about that. Way to slam someones FS thread. If you dont have anything positive to add, MOVE ON.
Wow that was interesting but let me respond anyway... DT St Paul is a great place to live with tons of restaurants and attractions It IS quiet - some people like that... It IS NOT dangerous at night, there are cops everywhere and it is all well lit. "good luck with the sale" - thanks "looking for a townhome" - then why did you click a link for a condo?
Downtown St Paul is one of the nicest downtowns I can think of to live in. Safety isn't an issue (of course, my situation is different than some) and it's a beautiful area. It definitley isn't as noisy as downtown Minneapolis. If I wasn't tied to Golden Valley I would be looking over there in a heartbeat.
whao there.....put out the flames dudes.........I was merely stating my opinion and preference. I did say good luck on the sale right?.........
yeah, I've never had a problem in DT St Paul. I almost purchased a condo in the same building as the Sawatdee down there by the farmers market area. There are a few homeless guys walking around, but they're pretty harmless. Basing an opinion on very little knowledge of an area then posting in a FS thread for that area...not cool.
downtown STP aint as bad as Minneapolis. Minneapolis is where all the night owls hang out at including me!
Just off the Xenia exit at a company called CyberOptics. It's behind the big insurance building that someone (don't remember who) works at.
I'm going to take some soon now that my place is clean, I'll put up for sure @ zillow and probably here too while I'm at it.
I'm a Software Developer working on System Test Automation. Association fee is high if you look at the averages, but normal for DT if you factor all the stuff that is included. It's $399
Ah, ok, thanks. My wife had an interview for a SQE position, recently. They told her she was not aggresive enough (that expectation alone would have turned her off anyway).
