FS (Duluth): 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon

I just bought this car a few months ago. It has been absolutely, 100% fantastic and a great DD. I have owned many Subarus from a 2001 2.5RS to a 2005 Legacy GT Limited and this has been, by far, my most favorite. I actually don't have any problem keeping the car, however, I am looking at purchasing a rental property within the next 6-12 months and the funds that go toward this every month would be perfect to allocate toward saving for and eventually maintaining said property. With that said, I do not need to sell the car so please do not lowball me. I am not looking for trades of any kind.

The engine on the car has NEVER BEEN MODIFIED. It has been 100% stock its entire life and has been completely adult owned.

The original owner had the car exclusively dealer maintained. I have service records from when the car was brand new to today and my stack of receipts is a couple of inches thick. No major work has ever been done to the car as far as I know (or that the records indicate). The previous owner stored the car inside at all times (at work and at home) so it is in very good condition with NO rust. There are a couple of minor door dings (and I really mean a couple) and a small dent on the hood and on the passenger side fender. Otherwise, there is VERY minimal rock chipping (above average for a Subaru, certainly). It comes with a brand new tube of Subaru touch up paint. The tires are almost new at have 90% tread life (all seasons). There is some curbage on the wheels as it was a Twin Cities car previously. Mechanically, this thing is solid.

The interior is a 9/10. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about it. When the car has been vacuumed, it looks like it's in showroom condition. The rear cargo area shows some minor scratching from loads, but it's barely noticeable. Never smoked in. No odd smells.

Since I have gotten it, I have only replaced the battery (36 month warranty will transfer), changed the oil and filled it up with gasoline.

There is currently a lein on the car but I do have the title for it. My bank is very flexible about payoffs and can have the lien release notorized while we're waiting.

Well, I guess this is no longer "sale pending". I haven't heard from the interested party in almost a day and he won't return any of my calls or text messages, so I guess this is now "for sale" - though that could always change if it was something weird like his phone being dead or something! I won't sell to anyone else until he's had a couple of days to respond. He still has first dibs but I don't want to discourage any offers at this point as I've already found it's replacement.
