Year, Make, and Model: 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX Limited hatchback
    Color: Obsidian black pearl
Miles: 68,xxx (this is my daily driver so it will go up by approximately 20 miles per day)
Title: Clean, in hand, do have current bank loan. Have CarFax from May 2015 (a friend had an extra so I figured why not!?) that's squeaky clean.
Condition: exterior and interior are 9/10
    Engine: 2.5L turbocharged 4 cylinder
    Transmission: 5 speed manual transmission
Price: $25,000 OBO with everything included (do not have stock parts)

Up for sale is my 2011 Subaru WRX Limited hatch. It's a limited which means sunroof, factory HIDs (DRLs are disabled), heated leather seats, and heated windshield wipers. I purchased the car from the previous owner on July 2, 2014. The first owner kept the car completely stock and the second owner had all of the modifications installed by RS Motors in Burnsville. He, like me, was always very particular about the car. At the time, the car had 50,xxx miles on it. Over the course of the last 18k miles, I have thoroughly enjoyed the car. It is adult driven, non-smoker, no pets, no kids, no eating, and always brought completely up to temperature before seeing boost. A majority of the miles I put on the car have been highway miles as my commute up until recently was 50 miles a day round trip. This is my 4th turbo Subaru so it's not my first rodeo! I did take the car to PowerCruise which was it's only track outing and it performed flawlessly.

I'm only selling as my commute has recently shortened significantly making a Chevrolet Volt feasible. I'm not in a rush to sell, so low ball offers will not be considered. No tire kickers and you must have the ability to buy the car prior to test drives (cash, pre-approval from bank, whatever).

The paint is in very good condition (if you know Subaru paint, you know what I'm talking about), and there are no noticeable dings, scratches, etc. on the car. I just had the car professionally buffed and waxed so the paint is in really good shape (he also used a carpet extractor on the carpet so no salt stains!). Any rock chips have been touched up with OEM touch up. The interior is in equally good shape with no rips or stains. The leather is in good condition with only slight wear on the driver's side bolster (has been conditioned regularly). I have an Unlimited Wash pass to Holiday which is used 2-3 times a week so the car is always clean and is garaged daily. I hand wash the car 2 times a month at my dads' body shop. The WeatherTech floor liners are installed year around.

Oil has been changed every 5k miles with Rotella T6 and OEM filter (previous owner changed ever 3k with Amsoil oil and filter). The valve assembly housing (part of the power steering system) has recently started leaking a small amount of fluid. This is a common problem that happens around 60k miles and I intend to have this fixed with a new OEM part prior to sale. Everything else is solid. Brakes are great with a lot of life left and the clutch as never slipped or had any issues. The transmission shifts precisely and without grinding (it even goes into reverse with little effort - a first among all of the Subaru's I've owned!). The car is quick and a complete joy to drive. It's a great balance between price, performance, and comfort. I've averaged 21MPG combined winter/summer and city/highway.

Here's an overview of the additional parts that are included:

2 sets of wheels/tires are included:
Summer: 18x8.5 Gold Rota G-Force with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires and TPMS sensors (2 summers, minor curbing, about 80% tread remaining)
winter: Stock wheels with Michelin Alpin PA3 winter tires and TPMS sensors (2 winters, minor curbing, about 90% tread remaining)
Note that wheels and tires are stored inside, above freezing, and in a humidity controlled environment when not on the car
I've taken the car to the dealership to have the TPMS relearned when I've swapped wheels and tires - cost is $30

I had a Compustar Slice 2 way remote starter installed last fall which is included (comes with an extra remote as well as 2 factory keys and fobs)

    Modifications:
Cobb AccessPort V2 with case (RS Motors dyno tune - 300WHP, 350WTQ)
Perrin stealth FMIC and Perrin black piping/ boost tubes
    Perrin cold air intake
Invidia Catless turbo back exhaust (2 bung catless bellmouth with divorced WG DP+Q300 catback)
    Grimmspeed Upipe
    Grimmspeed Crosspipe

    Grimmspeed electronic boost controller
Whiteline 22mm front and rear swaybars
    Kartboy front and rear endlinks
Cusco front and rear strut tower braces
    Whiteline steering rack bushings
    Cobb short throw shift lever
Perrin pitch stop mount (upper transmission mount)

A couple of items I forgot to mention in the OP (can't edit).

    - The car has a 50% tint all the way around (it looks darker but that's what the sticker says...; I've never been hassled)
    - Last winter there was a squeak coming from the front of the car and it turns out that the timing belt guide was rubbing on the belt. I advised a Subaru mechanic who said as long as the belt wasn't damaged (it wasn't) I could remeasure clearance on the guide and run it as is. Obviously, I haven't had any issues since. Apparently this happens sometimes and the fix I did is widely accepted as good.
    - I had a minor thunk when shifting back in February which was coming from the pitch stop mount (a Perrin piece). I'm guessing it was not torqued when installed (just tightened) so I torqued to spec and all has been well.
    - I tapped a snow bank in slow motion at like 2MPH in January which cracked the bottom front bumper but otherwise caused no damage. I replaced the front bumper with an OEM replacement that my dads' shop painted with Spies Hecker paint. The upside to replacing the bumper is that the paint on the new bumper is immensely better than OEM!

    Thanks for looking!
    David

Where exactly is the 5k that you're hiding in the car located?

At this price, I'm assuming there's 5k in cash hidden somewhere in the car.

Not to thrash your FS thread man, but that is at least $1k more than I sold it to you for. That was almost exactly one year ago, this just feels wrong. The remote start is all you added, other than miles. I'm all for capitalism, but come on man. You'll never sell it at that price anyway.

    Thanks guys.

Yeah, I know that the price is high and I'm willing to work on the price (which SCIFIDELITY was not when I bought it, not even a bit). Looking at what's currently for sale, though, I don't think I'm way far off. Definitely not $5k off, that's for sure.

    Lowering price to $24,000 OBO.

KBB is $22,500. I'd be willing to deal on the price depending on if you want the wheels/tires, remote start, etc. but would prefer to sell it as one.

As my dad has always said... as a seller, you can always work down, never up. If someone's interested in the car, has the funds, and has a good offer, I will sell it. I don't think my car is extra special or great. I do know, however, that tastefully modified, extremely clean WRX hatches are difficult to find, especially those that have been adult owned and driven. There's some out there, but they may not be Limiteds, have accident histories, or be on their 2nd or 3rd motor. You don't deal with any of that with this car.
