    I have a 701 casting 257 shortblock for sale

    701 cases:
    Bored and Honed with torque plate
    Sand blasted
    Hot tank washed with all plugs removed

    crank:
    Checked for straightness
    Micro polished journals

    Manley 99.5mm forged pistons:

    Stock rods:
    resized for straightness

    King bearings both Rod and Mains

    1900 ready to go!

    Where was the machine work done and what were the bearing clearances? Might need to shelf this for one of mine ;)

    The cases were honed with at a torque plate at IR who does all my blocks for my builds at RS motors. The mains are from .0015 -.0018 and the rods are .0018-.002.
