i dont have them installed. yeah they work if your not driving . when they are on the seat they are in between the headrest and the seat at full extension. when you want to use them u pull them out a bit and put the head rest down and then they stick out and support your neck. My girlfriend use to use it a lot when we went on trips to sleep.

I think it has a great sound. The Turboxs RFL is prolly the loudest. Then the HKS SSQV. Then I would prolly say this one. Its nice and crisp.
