I've had this sub sitting around for quite a while now... It's just too big and loud for me, and my roomate who had been telling me for months that he was buying it from me just bought something else.. It bumps really, really hard; especially in that ported box. It needs around 500w rms or so to power it. Most bass enthusiasts probably know more about it than i do. When i bought this, the price of the sub was $399, and the box was custom made by the store and cost around $200. I'll let this go for half of that. It's a big box, but it can fit better than some may think, that one picture shows that it fits nicely into the back of an integra hatch. I'm looking for cash, and or a trade for a smaller system, like a nice 12'' with an amp or something. Located in Duluth.

I won't argue that i paid way too much for it... I bought it when the v2's first came out, and they were that expensive. For some reason the 15" was way more expensive than the 12'', not too sure why. But i did see the 12''s going for like $125 when they started coming out with the newest series (not even sure what they are called). The box was made to he exact specs of the sub, and the shop made it- thats why it was so much. The 15" in that ported box is way louder and deeper than two 12"s in a sealed box also. I'm up for offers, I'll entertain anything reasonable- especially trades.

Alright, this thing is really pissing me off... The pawn shop will give me $125 for it. I'll probably do that tonight or tomorrow, unless somebody can come up with something a little better for me.

If you do go to a pawn shop see if they have anything your interested in. I've traded with a couple places before and got a helluva lot more than what they wanted to pay. I would think most shops would trade a 12" for a 15" JL.

I still actually have this.. There was a db competition in duluth, and for the hell of it we threw it in my roomy's crv to see what it could do. 144.7 decibles. I'm pretty sure that's loud. Now it's taking up space again, anyone want it before i pawn it away?
