    For Sale or Trade:

    Wheels:
    - MachV Awesome Wheels - 17x9" @ 17.8lbs
    - Dual Drilled for 5x100 or 5x114 (fits WRX or STI)
    - Hubcentric (No Rings Needed)
    - Clears Brembo's with No Spacer
    Tires:
    - Dunlop Direzza Star Spec Tires - 255/40R17
    - 1 Summer of Use (Need to Measure Tread Depth)

    Price: $1700 + Shipping OBO

Trades: 17x9" or 18x9.5" Wheels with Proper (Non-Stretched) Tires, or Wheels Only + Cash

It's winter, so I figured I might as well list these for sale or trade and see if anyone is interested. These wheels look like they're for a Honda, but they're not! They have a proper 57.1mm Subaru hub and they're dual drilled for WRX and STI (and BRZ) fitment. They will clear Brembo's without a spacer. They're 9" wide while only weighing 17.8lbs.

The specs speak for themselves. This is a pretty versatile wheel for someone who wants more width and doesn't want to add a lot of weight (actually weighs less than most OEM wheels other than the BBS offerings). It is one of the lighter/wider wheels that will clear Brembo's. Plus it will fit on a WRX or STI if you're ever thinking of trading cars or swapping hubs.

The wheels and tires were purchased this spring and used over the summer while the weather was good. I had them on when I went to BIR but they only saw 1 warm up session and a partial full speed session (and then my transmission failed and my day was cut short). They still have a good amount of tread left, but I will have to get an actual measurement.

At the track two of the plastic center caps were warped due to heat. I purchased two replacements but I have not installed them yet. The original ones are still in place, but the decals will not sit completely flat. The wheels have zero curb rash and are in overall excellent condition. There are several small chips (~1-2mm) from normal wear. I bought a bottle of touch up paint from Mach V, but I have not applied any of it. I also have installed the Mach V decals.

I am looking for cash or other wide/light wheels in a similar price range. If they have tires, I would want them to be similar in performance and tread to the Star Specs I have now. Otherwise I would want bare wheels plus cash. I'd prefer 17's or 18's that are 9" to 10" wide and have offsets in the +30 to +40 (or close). Needs to be 5x100 or dual drill. Tires would have to be 255+ or I'm not interested. Feel free to post or PM any offers (cash or trade)!

Here are the prices I paid for everything:

    Mach V Awesome
    - Color: Silver
    - $249.00 (4x): $996.00
Mach V Awesome Replacement Center Cap
    - $7.00 (2x): $14.00
    Awesome Spoke Decals (Set)
    - Color: Jet Black
    - $25.00 (1x): $25.00
    Subtotal: $1,035.00
    Shipping: $85.36
    Total: $1,120.36

255/40ZR17 Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec
    - $185.00 (4x): $740.00
    Estimated Shipping: $62.60
    Estimated Total: $802.60

    Grand Total: $1922.96

I am in no rush to sell or trade these. I wouldn't be disappointed if I end up keeping them. I am just looking to see what's out there. Here are some recent photos that I took of the car with the wheels on. This was shortly before I took them off for the winter. They are in the same condition as seen in the photos.

They're just sitting around over the winter. Figured I'd see what's out there. I'm not overly motivated to see them go.

If these wheels were black, I would probably be offering up my DPT's.

Are you still worried about weight? Or are you thinking about GRIDS?

I'm not opposed to Grids, or Rota's in general, but I would prefer to keep it reasonably light. Preferably <20lbs if I can. Most of the stuff I'm looking at is special order for 5x100 so I think it's somewhat unlikely that someone will have a trade that interests me.

I think someone locally had the 57DR though, right? Those look really nice, but I'm not sure of the weight (and they probably don't want to trade anyways, lol).

Ah yes. I can never remember because your little picture is a different colored car than your Subaru. I like those wheels a lot looks-wise.
