FS/GI: EJ22 Phase II and EA82 Engines

Howdy MNSubaru:

Have two spare engines in the garage that are eating up productive space - gauging interest here to see if anyone can use or has a need for these either as whole or for parts. Not planning to separate parts from complete motor(s).

1) Phase II EJ22 with unknown miles - ran when is came out of previous car, but has been in storage for some time. My GUESS is that it should have a freshening up - cam seals, spark plugs, etc.

This motor will fit 97+ EJ22 chassis'. These are usually very strong motors but since I can not verify it will run tomorrow with out issue (it does rotate freely and does NOT have excess oiling around the engine) I will offer this as gauging interest.

This is a complete motor with engine wiring harness.

These sell at the junkyard for at lowest (www.car-part.com) $450.

2) EA series turbo charged engine - EA82. Should fit '79-'89 Leone/Loyale (GL-10) or XT Chassis. Less than 105,000 miles but unknown for sure.

This came out of my '87 GL-10 Loyale swap - that body has 105,000 original miles on it - although I didn't do the swap it was running when pulled and with the body mileage should be the original motor. This motor has somewhere less that 105,000 on it.

Again, this motor could be freshened up but was not reported to have any major problems.

Can find these for at the junkyard for at lowest (www.car-part.com) $450. FYI - aviation folks love these for swaps (could sell to a kit builder, but then I have to deal with shipping).

This is a complete motor with wiring harness MINUS turbo and front timing belt cover.

EDIT: EA 82 was introduced in '85; actually was available from 85-94 in various models.
