CNT 3" quad tip cat back, in good shape. Fits GR hatchbacks. $350 http://www.erzperformance.com/CNT-08-10-Subaru-STI-Catback-Exhaust-system-p/cb-08sti.htm Also have an HKS catless downpipe. The bolt bracket that's half way down the pipe broke, should be easy to repair. Aside from that it works fine, my wife drove with it like that for months. $40
The muffler isn't as tiny as it looks in the stock photo. It's a similar style to stock (but smaller). http://www.iwsti.com/forums/3569541-post329.html Looks similar to the one on my GReddy SP Elite, which is very quiet. I do think the CNT is supposedly fairly loud though.
I installed this one and drove it out to him. It has a very deep idle tone and is decently loud at WOT (during the tune). I installed a maddad on a gr hatch a couple weeks later and they were similar at idle/cruise and the maddad was mellower under load. Both were noticeably louder than the spt I installed on a gr hatch a few months earlier. Invidia sounded louder to me. I think a lot of it has to do with tone though. The lower tones are perceived as louder. I should have db tested them. Great price. Great seller.
How was the fitment? From what I've seen online, this looks like a really nice exhaust for the price. I wouldn't mind hearing it.
It fits Fitting it was harder than all the others I mentioned but once hung it sits fine. When installing, I suggest loosely tightening all bolts to give yourself as much play as possible.
This is the one from my wife's car. It fits better than the one on my car, which is what Sheen installed. Like Sheen said, it's deep and fairly loud at WOT but not obnoxious. I like it well enough that I bought 2. lol
I'm just trying to help. I've sold 10 catbacks in the last year and a half. As with any sale pictures go a long way on getting interest.
Go here for pics. (pinball machine is for sale too ) https://skydrive.live.com/#cid=D0598DD2E86413B1&id=D0598DD2E86413B1!106
Johnny Mnemonic. Just shopped it, cleaned waxed, all new rubber and LED bulbs. Everything works 100% $1800. JM is considered by most to be the fastest pb table there is.
Will this fit an otherwise-totally-stock 2012 WRX hatch? The website lists it as being for STi and it isn't listed in their '11-'12 WRX section so I'm just curious if there is something STi-specific??
This should also fit an 09 with bumper modification. I am running an 08+ STI/11+ WRX Q300 exhaust on my 2009.
