    New in box. Several available.

    Each Includes:
1 Hella FF1000 Pencil Beam driving light lens/reflector assembly.
    1 Hella FF1000 housing & standard mount
    1 Hella H1 55Watt bulb
1 Wiring pigtail (not a full wiring harness, just the wires that come out of the housing)
    1 Hella stone shield.

    Dimensions - 7 3/4"H x 7"W x 4 1/8"D

    Light pattern:

Essentially, with a stock 55W bulb, this light puts out a tight enough beam to read a newspaper 546m (1790', or over 1/3 mile) away.

With the proper wiring harness, many people have successfully used 130W bulbs in these housings, and you can imagine what that'll do.

For comparison, here's the pattern of the Hella FF1000 Driving beam (which is a much better driving light than most):

These typically sell for $85-100 shipped each. I'll sell them to MNSubaru members for $65 each picked up, or $65+shipping cost if you can't come get them in South Minneapolis.

These lights are not for everyone. They're a fairly extreme light with a very narrow focus and a very bright beam. Most people will find that a nice set of Hella 500 Driving lights for about what I'm asking for one of these is more than enough. But if you really need the reach of these lights, you can't beat this price.

I also will have some 130W and 100W H1 bulbs which will fit these in on Monday, as well as some 130W H3 bulbs. The high wattage bulbs will be $6 ea.

The lights I have now (though I need to go pick them up from my office). The bulbs are arriving Monday if you want any of them.

PM me and we'll set up a time to pick them up.

So you have two different types, pencil and driving lamps? Also will these sit flush in a 2003 wrx stock mounting position?? Any pics with then installed?

No, there are two different patterns to the FF1000 lights, driving and pencil, but the ones I have are only the pencil beam (well, I have one set of the driving beam, but those aren't for sale).

If you want the driving pattern, Susquehanna motorsports (rallylights.com) has an unbeatable deal on them currently (while quantities last) at: http://www.rallylights.com/hella/ff1000.asp The page isn't responding right now, but I think they're getting about $90+shipping for a set of two FF1000s in the driving pattern with wiring harness, which is a heck of a deal.

Their price on the single pencil beam is like $75+$10 shipping or ~$85 total, about $20 more than what I'm asking.

Do they sit flush in a WRX? I don't know, I do know that enough people have put them in that Hella makes a special bracket just for the bugeyes (different from the Kartboy mounts, these are specific to the FF1000). I'd imagine they'd protrude a little bit. They're a lot bigger than the Hella 500 which is bigger then the stockers. If I get the time I'll try and see how one fits in my car with the Kartboy (not Hella) mounts.

Took some photos of the FF1000. The light next to it is a knockoff of a Hella 500, and has the same dimensions of the 500, which is similar to the stock foglights for comparison.

I've only got 8 left (or 4 sets), so if you're interested, get in contact with me soon. I also have H1 bulbs in 100W, and the rest of the 130W bulbs should be in at my office today or Monday.
