    JDM STi genome axleback with maddad midpipe and 4 Kartboy hangers - $500 SOLD

    Maddad 3" to 2.5" (flat flange to flat flange) midpipe    . Just like this one except without a flex joint and mine is painted silver and black (never sanded) to reduce corrosion:

    For reference, on the same car with the same meter at the same distance:

    STi axleback (baffled... very very baffled)
    76db at cold start
    67db at warm idle
    74db at 3500rpm

    JDM STi Genome (straight through)
    70db at warm idle
    78db at 3500rpm
    WOT - much louder but not obnoxious

    If it falls through, I might be intersted in the midpipe. I was going to just search for a used stealthback this spring...but this will make the search easier just looking for a flat flanged dp!

    edit: I bought the midpipe back but the whole catback is up for sale again.

    bump. Finally ready to part with this set-up. I bought the midpipe back, so it's back up for sale as a cat back. comes with everything you need for install except for bolts and gaskets (which I can cut out of autozone sheet gasket if you're interested).
