Just got this less then a month ago. It was suppose to be for my parents but they didn't like it(they didn't fully tested before purchase) and I still have mine. So they went back to their old one. We were thinking about taking it back but threw the receipt away. Bought it for $499. Its quilted soft type and comes in 3 pcs(bedtop & 2box springs). Does NOT come with a frame(under the bed, b/c we didn't buy it). Its dark red in color. Its still puffy new. Asking $350.
