I got this yesterday, and it's awesome. really fast data-logging, and it can pull ROMS off the ECU. The only thing i can't do with it is flash ROMS back to the ECU, and i need that function for the project that I'm working on... I've already used it with the old DL1 and the new ecuExplorer, and it's quite fast. considerably faster than the COBB cable that i've used once. $35 dropped off on the west side or firestone $40 shipped
i could interface this with my carputer setup couldnt i? how deep does teh cable stick out of the port under the steering wheeel?
Yes, this can easily be interfaced with a CarPuter, as a matter of fact, various people have made dashboards with gauges and stuff that are run off OBDII. It sticks out about an inch from the bottom of the dash board. but if your going to install it perminatnly in a carputer, i'd remove the OBDII Connector housing from the bottom of the dash and then plug these together and tape/glue/screw them down. thanks to ECUExplorer, you can use this to read codes as well. This is a MUCH better deal than the tactrix cable, and the only thing it can't do is flash the ECU ROM. something most people will never do.
I'll take this off your hands friday at firestone, if you can be there no later than 8pm ( I work that night)
Sure... it's all yours unless someone comes up with cash and arangements to pick up earlier than friday.

OK... i'll just hold on to it for you. I'll drop you my email, and we can talk about how we can get this deaal done.
