I have a set of 4 OEM sensors off a 2010 Impreza with about 19K miles. I bought the wheels for winter and decided not to use the sensors. $20 each OBO

I do still have them and as far as I know they will work on the 2012. Based on what I've read on cars101.com, Subaru has only used two different sensors; one up through 2007 where the sensor and valve stem are one piece and the newer version beginning in 2008 that attaches separately to the valve stem on the inside of the rim. http://www.cars101.com/subaru/tiremonitor.html These are the newer style.
