The subie is officially for sale today. 2001 Silver 4 door RS with 140k. Car runs great but has some minimal body damage to the front bumper. Brand new tires as of last summer and a brand new clutch and driveline set as of a couple months ago. Over 2 grand worth of stereo upgrades and almost 4 grand worth of performance parts(all professionally installed). I'm starting the asking price at $10k becuase of the upgrades but any reasonable offer will be considered. Any questions let me know. Thanks! Pete

Anyone interested in a cursed car? I'm not going to keep it as a second car. I will get everything fixed on it bodywise from both accidents but the rim getting fixed will be up to the new owner. 05 GT it's going to be. I checked into insurance and I can't afford the Leggy payment and insurance on two cars plus a house payment so I'm going to have to get rid of this one whether I like it or not(so much for the two subie plan [xx(]). I'm going to have a problem letting go of it with a brand new paint job front and back. All goes well and it should be at the shop as soon as tomorrow night. I'm obviously not expecting 10 but I will need extra for the spare tranny. I'll work a price for anyone interested considering the rim situation and what they want for parts. Fong, I got yur vm and if the car doesn't sell as a package with the upgrade parts I'll let you know but the buyer has first dibs. Pete, you'll make more money selling me your exhaust system than to sell it with the car. A lot of the time, people don't like buying modified cars for the fear of it having been raced and beat on. Now, hook it up!!!
The car went into the shop to have the bodywork done today. Should be as good as new on Monday. They gave me a bichin green cavalier for a loaner car I'll bring it Friday nite...lol. On a side note...they are saving the bumper for you, Mohammad. If your maxima friend is still interested in the car let me know!

*UPDATE* The shop that has my car works with Precision and another rim repair spot here in the cities so the rim is going to be fixed while its in getting the body work done The car will be ready to rock on Monday (If I knew how to do the dancing banana there would be one here)

I'm heading out of town to vegas tomorrow so unfortunately I can't chill with you guys this weekend. I have court next Wednesday for my inattentive driving so everyone wish me luck..lol No car yet...the rim was not able to be fixed so the whole process is taking a little longer but luckily they found a rim for me through AAA auto for the same price. I get back in town Monday so I should have the car back in my hands Tuesday. It needs an oil change so I'm going to do that and have the car checked over hopefully by the weekend for Firestone. I also have the tranny still so if anyone still wants that drop me an e-mail and I'll get back to you next week otherwise it will go along with the car. Just to clarify things due to a 7500 dollar offer made earlier(didn't know if it was serious or not LVT). I will be looking for in the vicinity of 7-8k more or less depending on parts. my little brother is taking over the 6 while my brother works on the evo. Sadly it puts me in a situation where i can't buy a car because with the evo that's 3 car we have to pay for...and all are 400+ a month too....darn!!!

Lets see if it is still up for sale in about two months, but I paying $10000 for a 140,000 mile car is kinda insane. I will bargain for an acceptable price once the two month mark comes around.
Yeah the price has gone down from 10..lol. I just got it back from the shop and it looks like a million bucks The new silver louvres in front look hot and all new paint and bumper and TWO INTACT FOGS!! The back bumper is minus the ugly black cover which looks way sweeter also. It doesn't look like the same car anymore almost from the back. Mo, I wanted to send my apologies but the guys at the shop pitched the bumper. They said because there were two impacts on one side(deer AND accident) that the bumper was warped and not repairable. Not only that pieces were missing in a couple places which they said was not worth the time or money fixing either. They were gonna save it but they made the decision for us I guess. I'm sorry if this whole thing causes you any inconvenience being I know you've been waiting for it.
This one has been dead for a while. I may try to get a deal like Fong and trade the car in at the dealership to save on the sales tax. I was going to try to get over there Saturday but it didn't happen as I spent all day hunched over in my trunk installing a new set of subs which are probably going to be removed along with the amp powering them when the car goes. The infinitis inside and the other amp will stay with the car. I have to get to the dealership one night this week to see what I'm looking at on trade-in. If I end up doing this I'm going to have to rip every performance piece off except the clutch and flywheel. I want to get people lined up on every part if possible...coming off would be the N1 light pulley set, Cobb CAI, Cobb Equal Length Headers, and Brullen 2.5" catback exhaust system. The extra tranny is also for sale if anyone needs an RS 5MT(purchased from Dallas Subaru - its from a 99RS with approximately 30k on it). I should have some pics of the car to post soon for those that haven't seen it. Anyone interested in the car with or without the performance parts, let me know as soon as possible - it would be a shame to let this car go to some random person at a dealership. My goal was to have the new one before my birthday which has come and gone now as of last week, so I'm really motivated to get this done while its still summer.
Happy Belated B-day! With the performance parts you're selling, you probably will be able to gain back what you could have made selling the car yourself versus what the dealership will offer.

Just as a guideline here are what the parts originally cost, Yia. Make me an offer and we'll figure something out. If you want all the pieces plus the tranny I'll definitely work something out with you. Cobb CAI - 285 Cobb Headers(catless with coating) - 850 Brullen dual tip 2.5" catback system - 680 N1 Light Pulley Set - 250 I'll let you know what I can take for the tranny.
Nothing suspension related has been done to the vehicle. Only power mods. Any other questions let me know. Its scary looking at the prices I paid for everything. Lots of money into this beast. I'm going to the stealership after work today so I should have some more to report on the vehicle tonite.
I went and drove the leggy tonite I still plan on stripping the parts to make it easier to sell. That leaves the pulleys and headers/straight pipe if anyone is looking for RS parts. To add to the above list of prices: $6k for the RS with 4 infiniti kappas inside with one V12 Alpine amp all wired with monster cable, Kenwood Deck, Exedy Stage One Clutch/Light Flywheel, Cobb Short Throw Shifter, Cobb Shifter Bushings, and Sti Tranny Mount. If the buyer wants the pulleys or headers we can work something out for that as they are yet unspoken for. There are a few rock chip nicks on the hood and a nick in the paint by the a pillar. Otherwise the rest of the car is in cherry shape. The interior is in average or good condition. Car has no problems other than the cat inefficiency CEL.
